What data we collect

We collect only the data you enter in the availability request form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and the text of your message.

We count how many times pages are viewed, to understand which ones are useful. It is an anonymous count: no cookies, no identifier that follows you, no IP address stored in the clear. We do not reconstruct any individual’s path. Details are on the cookie page.

Why we use it

To answer your request: check availability on the dates you indicate, prepare a quote and get back to you. Nothing else.

We send no newsletters, we do no profiling and we do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, in case of a stay, for the period required by law. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to the processing. Just write to the property’s email address.

If you believe the processing of your data infringes EU Regulation 2016/679, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

External services

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google. It does not load automatically: it starts only if you press the button. Until you do, Google receives nothing from your browser.
